Bhangra Bar: the italo-indian aperitivo near Parco Sempione

If, while entering, you feel transformed in a character of the Arabian Nights, do not worry: you have every right. Every single piece of furniture, in fact, comes from India: the front door dates back to the late 1800 and was part of a haveii, a typical house of central India; the counter was, in another life, a Burmese teak desk; in the hallway you can see a bas-relief from the area of Mandras, previously stored inside an ancient wooden temple. Each object here is a small work of art… if you do not believe us, take a look at the floor on which your boots soaked with rain are disrespectfully resting!

Now, leave the ecstatic contemplation for the furniture aside and approach a waiter asking for a menu. We recommend you to go there during aperitivo: from 18.00 to 22.00 the counter is filled with dishes of Italo-indian cuisine, such as couscous, salumi, salads, sandwiches and much more. You can go refill your dish as many times as you want and, when the last greedy client leaves, the counter is cleared and the room is filled with good music: grab your cocktail and move to the beat until 2 am!
